Robert (Bob) Thomason, CPC is the Assistant to President for Special Projects at The Performance Group. Mr. Thomason’s career has been dedicated to successful sales, marketing and people management within notable small, mid-market and major business environments. His objectives have always been results driven, the business problems have always been complex and the resources and performance have always required best-in-class.

His recipe for consistently exceeding expectations is the same proven formula he has used to develop some of the most successful account executives and talent management in the industry: intelligence, talent, energy and execution.

Mr. Thomason founded Chaucer Group, Inc. and for 20 years, served as President of one of New England's premier search and placement organizations serving over 400 of the best known and emerging technology companies. Mr. Thomason developed success-based new account sales and marketing programs; account management programs; training programs; and services (RPO – Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Exclusive Search) that were adopted and introduced to set new yardstick results for several clients in New England.

Today, with a 30 year proven track record, Bob offers superior disciplines for predictable, repeatable and sustainable company sales growth. 

Mr. Thomason is designated a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) by the National Association of Personnel Services and has served over 20 years as a board member of many associations and non-profit organizations and holds a Bachelors Degree (Industrial Engineering) from the University of Rhode Island. He served as a Naval Flight Officer with the rank of US Navy Lieutenant and is a Viet Nam Veteran.

 

Anne McCaulley, R.N., is the Nurse Risk Manager for The Performance Group and Healthcare Network. Ms. McCaulley is responsible for Medical Case Management and Workers Compensation Programs. Her systematic approach to case management has proven results in the reduction of unnecessary liability, while increasing employee health and safety standards. She assists clients with their safety and health needs such as medical monitoring programs, Workers Compensation case management, and workplace safety. Additional responsibilities include the assessment of barriers to wellness and development of care plans through individual measurable goals, and the direct implementation of care plans through education and medical service needs.

Ms. McCaulley serves as the Chairperson for The Performance Group’s certified safety committee. She has worked as a Registered Nurse in industrial settings for over 16 years, with an additional 8 years of experience in clinical settings. Ms. McCaulley received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villanova University.
